Requirements & Qualifications:

We are looking for a professional Sales Representative who combines an engaged personality and strong work ethic, with the willingness of joining a network of service providers dedicated to the core values of integrity, respect, service excellence and enduring relationships . You should be able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while working effectively as part of a team. If you combine the drive to exceed expectations—both your own and those of your team—with a commitment, open mind, and the desire to help others, your future with us will be virtually limitless.

Specific requirements for this business development position include:

  • Comfortable with in-home sales and conducting group presentations

  • A genuine interest in becoming a successful Sales Representative, and desire to earn a competitive income

  • Positive attitude and a high level of integrity

  • Solid work history

  • Ability to communicate efficiently in a clear and accurate manner

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Ability to provide advisory leadership to clients in their time of need

  • Basic computer and technology skills within a sales environment

  • Willingness to obtain Life Insurance license; licensed, preferred

  • Previous sales experience, a major plus

  • Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, a plus
