Overview & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs and processes. In addition to tactical execution of HR processes, the HR Manager will utilize his/her experience and/or expertise in solving problems, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop company policies and procedures in partnership with the VP, Human Resources; provide advice and counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices.

  • Daily HR Issues : manage daily issues regarding policy clarification, coaching and counseling employees and managers, employee relations, and addressing performance and behavior concerns, etc.

  • Talent Acquisition : Source, recruit and support all hiring and on boarding activities of a functional team. Employee Relations : Conduct investigations, conflict resolution and employee communications

  • Training and Presentation: Webinars, face to face presentations, conference calls.

  • HR Compliance : ensure all HR records and processes are compliant (FLSA coding, talent acquisition compliance, employee records and files, etc.). Process all system based employee on-boarding, off-boarding and employee status changes.

Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Human Resources Generalist/Manager

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English

  • Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be willing to work out of our Plantation, FL headquarters

  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (MBA, MSHRM)

  • Excellent understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements

  • PHR or SPHR preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of Workday system is a definite plus
