Overview & Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a qualified bilingual individual to manage the market’s Pre-Planning Advisor Sales teams for the Southern Los Angeles (Hispana) market . The Market Sales Manager will be expected to direct and lead sales operations by achieving the following primary objectives:

  • Create environment for sales success, by managing activity & creating sales strategies.

  • Determine sales strategies and establish goals for sales teams in order to exceed sales quotas.

  • Promote sales activities to ensure that the market’s sales quotas are achieved.

  • Support field management and pre-planning advisors with sales support/motivation and selling techniques.

  • Sales force planning, forecasting and management as per Operational /Sales business plan.

  • Develop and implement recruiting plan to maintain or exceed staffing levels within the market sales organization.

  • Assist in recruiting talented sales representatives to fit the team dynamics.

  • Provide sales staff with proper coaching, training of sales techniques, legal requirements, company products, policies and procedures.

  • Review and evaluate sales staff performance regularly.

  • Conduct productive weekly/monthly sales meetings.

  • Assist in group sales seminars and expo presentations as needed and work with team in the field.

  • Obtain and coordinate sales data from sales staff and member groups.

  • Produce sales reports, monitor sales data, and analysis & proactively do market research to determine customer needs and trends.

  • Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner by sales team.

  • Travel throughout the local market as needed for business operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience; 8 years or more strongly preferred

  • Minimum 5 year of successful sales management experience

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma required

  • Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English is strongly preferred

  • Basic Computer knowledge of Microsoft Applications

  • Comfortable with in-home sales and conducting group presentations

  • A good driving record & solid prior work history

  • Must obtain an Insurance License

  • High level of integrity, dedication, and desire to succeed
