Overview & Responsibilities / Descripción y Responsabilidades:

  • Efficiently manage and perform the overall and administrative day‐to‐day operations of the location.

  • Working with Manager to accomplish goals and objectives while working within company guidelines.

  • Process sales contracts, cash and receipts into on-line program. Review and process all required documentation for funeral services/ burials and/or cremations.

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of peripheral sales programs

  • General housekeeping duties.

  • Any other duties as directed by management.

Requirements & Qualifications / Requisitos y Aptitudes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school.

  • Bookkeeping, general office, clerical accounting, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience strongly preferred.

  • Ability to multi task and set priorities Ability to work with managers and employees, showing leadership and support. Detail oriented, Self-starter, Good attitude.

  • An individual that will accept "ownership" of business as well as a commitment to grow the business.

  • Willingness to improve customer and employee satisfaction.High level of compassion and integrity.

  • Ability to communicate effectively. Excellent phone communication skills.

  • Neat, professional appearance.

  • Knowledge of computers and some software would be an asset, or willingness to learn.

  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, overtime, flexible hours and rotate shifts.

  • Valid Puerto Rico Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
