Overview & Responsibilities

We currently have a part time opening for a Funeral Services Assistant at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary in Phoenix, AZ. This is the opportunity to be part of the Dignity Memorial® provider network and grow your career in the funeral, cremation and cemetery services business. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and organize, work well with others and multi-task. The primary responsibilities of the position includes preparing memorial packages and MEM products

  • Provide exceptional customer service and actively assist with problem resolution

  • Provide support to funeral home staff

  • Preparing memorial packages, and MEM products

  • Take ownership and follow through on customer requests or concerns

  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written

  • Typing and/or word processing, scanning, computer skills and aptitude required

  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills and the ability to multi-task

  • Willingness to take on additional or new responsibilities and tasks

  • Assisting on funeral/memorial services if needed

Requirements & Qualifications
